Alton House Hotel

Commis Chef

Housekeeper

Sous Chef

Casual Banqueting Staff

Beauty Therapist

Exclusive hotel spa in Haslemere, Surrey, requires a full time beauty therapist to join the team.  Candidates will ideally be trained to level 3 and have massage experience along with a friendly, outgoing and social personality.  Hours are flexible and we offer good rates of pay and benefits. Manor House Hotel

Assistant Manager Food & Beverage

Reporting to the General Manager/Deputy Manager and responsible for all food service staff and all hotel staff when on duty management shift.  
Duties include: 
*Liaising closely with C&B Coordinator and Head Chef
*Ensuring customer satisfaction
*Run functions and special events efficiently and to a high standard
*Identify training needs and ensure training of all food service staff using company procedure when required
*Maintain high level of product knowledge of menus, rates and packages available
*Carry out duty management shifts as per rota set by General Manager thus taking responsibility for smooth running and standards of all departments dealing with guests, staff queries and problems and communicating back to relevant managers.
