Alton House Hotel
Commis Chef
Required to join our team, full training will be given but a willingness to learn is essential along with good common sense and a high standard of personal hygiene. Housekeeper

Sous Chef
We are currently looking to recruit a strong Sous Chef, to join our friendly team. You will need experience in a busy kitchen and be confident to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. Casual Banqueting Staff

Beauty Therapist
Exclusive hotel spa in Haslemere, Surrey, requires a full time beauty therapist to join the team. Manor House Hotel
Assistant Manager Food & Beverage
Reporting to the General Manager/Deputy Manager and responsible for all food service staff and all hotel staff when on duty management shift.
Duties include:
*Liaising closely with C&B Coordinator and Head Chef
*Ensuring customer satisfaction
*Run functions and special events efficiently and to a high standard
*Identify training needs and ensure training of all food service staff using company procedure when required
*Maintain high level of product knowledge of menus, rates and packages available
*Carry out duty management shifts as per rota set by General Manager thus taking responsibility for smooth running and standards of all departments dealing with guests, staff queries and problems and communicating back to relevant managers.
