The Red Lion Hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Basingstoke behind the Festival Shopping Mall. Conveniently located close to both the bus and train stations and with ample onsite parking.

Festival Suite

Situated on the ground floor, with abundant natural daylight and easy access from the parking area. The Festival Suite, refurbished to a high standard in 2020, can be split into two separate smaller rooms both still with easy access to the outside patio and parking area. The Festival Suite accommodates up to 150 delegates.

Wellington and Basing Suite

Also situated on the ground floor, the Wellington and Basing Suite can accommodate up to 25 delegates seated. The Suite can be split into two rooms. The Wellington holds up to 20 delegates and the Basing up to 10 delegates.

Day Delegate Rate – £47.50

Our day delegate rate includes two servings of tea, coffee and biscuits, working lunch of sandwiches, chips and salad served in the meeting room, conference stationery, jugs of water, complimentary parking, LCD projector, screen, flipchart and wifi access. (Subject to a minimum number of 12 delegates attending.)

Residential Delegate Rate – £177.50

Our residential delegate rate includes day delegate offering plus a two course meal in restaurant, overnight accommodation and a full English and Continental breakfast. (Subject to a minimum number of 12 delegates attending.)
